Strain Counterstrain Strain Counterstrain is a painless manual therapy that eases pain and restores motion by positioning the body in a way that allows muscles and tissues to relax naturally. This technique is helpful for those with chronic pain, sensitivity, or tension that's been difficult to treat with other methods. Cupping Cupping Therapy, also known as Myofascial Decompression, is used to treat soft tissue injuries and increase flexibility. Through active and dynamic movements, it helps break up scar tissue adhesions, reduce scar tissue formation, increase blood flow to healing areas and release trigger points. meet DR. B

Hi! I’m Dr. Bridget Labus, a Doctor of Chiropractic, National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and founder of Bridge Health and Wellness in Delavan, Wisconsin. I opened this practice to help women like me, navigating life’s transitions. My mission is to help people feel comfortable in their own bodies, to feel like themselves again. I enjoy helping folks get back on their feet and into better habits. I earned my doctorate from Life Chiropractic College West in California. I completed my health and wellness coach training through the Mayo Clinic and I participated in the Ehlers-Danlos Society ECHO program. Additionally, I am trained in Strain Counterstrain therapy, cupping and instrument-assisted techniques. Prior to chiropractic, I spent two decades as a chef and hospitality leader in San Francisco. I co-founded an award-winning dessert boutique and led culinary programs at luxury hotels. My early career shaped my understanding of high-performance environments and the toll they can take on the body—an insight that continues to inform my care for professionals, creatives, and caregivers alike.
I'm now pain free and back to my regular exercise routine and doing the things I love -- after only 2 or 3 months with Dr. Bridget. She's warm, gentle, and you can tell she really loves helping her patients. She's taught me so much about understanding my body and what it needs.
